I told them I wasn't planning to get facial contouring surgery right away and just wanted a consultation, and they still kindly consulted with me. I was prioritizing safety, and the doctor didn't overtrim anything, but seemed to do it only to the point where it would look natural. If I do get surgery, I think I'd get it here.
