I had jaw surgery here 10 years ago^^ An alive fossil lol. It turned out really well, with everything that needed to be shaved down shaved down naturally and what needed to be kept left in place. There isn’t any sagging at all at all. I guess it’s because I didn’t have much facial fat to begin with and the surgery went well. I recently went in about my cheekbones, and they told me my face isn’t suitable for cheekbone reduction and recommended fat grafting instead. Doesn’t seem like they over-treat either.
