I had a T-shaped incision + square jaw surgery 6 years ago with a glamorous doll-like line. I had a receding chin and they advanced it forward. The line became a slim V-line. It’s not an extreme jaw, and they kept the angle behind the ear while shaping the side jaw and front chin well. They reflected my desired look as much as possible. There was no sagging at the deep cheek area or mouth corners at all. The only thing was that a double chin appeared (I think that was unavoidable with T-shaped incision). I solved it completely with double-chin surgery somewhere else. Still very satisfied to this day.
