The director was confident, and I liked that they spent almost an hour explaining everything and talked about the overall balance of the face, not just the contour. Since my chin is a bit short, I have a double chin, and they said that if I only did the two procedures for the cheekbones and jaw, the double chin wouldn't improve. Still, another hospital said just the two procedures would be fine, so I ended up only doing the two procedures. But as the director said back then, the double chin remained, so I do regret not doing the three-procedure option
