They looked at the overall harmony of the face and objectively saw what needed to be done as little as possible to make the face look better. They carefully recommended not just contouring, but also things like eye and hairline work, saying those would improve things more. There's a saying that they can be harsh, and I kept that in mind when going, but everyone here knows that giving an honest review would be much more helpful
