First, right after I met the manager, she said the director is really blunt about things so I shouldn’t take it personally.. But honestly, I thought it was better to hear things bluntly rather than having them beat around the bush, because it made it easier to understand my own conditions, and it suited me well! And the manager said it would be better not to come here as the first place, but to look around a bit first. I think that too, because after the consultation I understood why she said that. They explained things in more detail than I expected, so if I asked questions while comparing them with other hospitals, it felt like they’d explain things well. They keep explaining until the patient understands Also, I liked that they clearly set out the best option and the second-best option for my current condition. And the director had previously done orthognathic surgery, which I also liked. So it seemed like they could tell at a glance and recommend orthognathic surgery! The manager spoke very carefully, empathized well, and seemed to have quite a bit of experience, which made me trust this hospital more..?!
