I had a facial contouring consultation. There was no wait; I went straight to get a CT scan and photos taken, then had consultations with the consultant and the director~~ The consultant treated me in a friendly way and was very kind! The director also felt my face from different angles and examined it extremely closely, not just looking at the bone but also checking things like the possibility of sagging. I have asymmetry and my posture is misaligned, and he told me to correct it through exercise. I’d heard in reviews that he gives blunt facts, but I actually liked it. Anyway, he said I should not do cheekbone surgery. He pulled the flesh on my lateral cheekbone with his hand and said, “This is your bone right now, does it look like there’s anything more to push in? If you reduce the cheekbone, all the side tissue will sag and your impression will look gloomy,” so he told me not to do it.. He said the side cheek below the cheekbone is sunken, and recommended cheekbone liposuction and using that fat for fat grafting to the side cheek. He recommended mandibular cortical bone reduction, resection, and chin-tip surgery, but since I currently have chin-tip filler, he said it would be hard to assess accurately as things are now, and told me to dissolve the filler and come back for another consultation~ It was nice that he carefully explained everything while comparing before-and-after surgery photos of people with face shapes similar to mine and even drawing diagrams. Even when I didn’t ask, he explained everything from start to finish until I had no questions, including why he didn’t recommend certain things and why certain surgeries were necessary. I think this was the longest director consultation among the hospitals I visited. I’m planning to dissolve the filler and go back for another consultation. I recommend the consultation~~
