It seems like the doctor can’t distinguish between blunt honest criticism and being rude. They only seem kind to patients who have facial angles and could have a definite change after surgery. It’s not like the consultation is free; I’m paying for it, but they use casual speech from the start. If it were casual speech with blunt honesty that really hit home, I’d accept it and listen, but it was casual speech like some random market vendor. (It said I couldn’t leave the estimated cost blank, so I just wrote anything.)
