I made a reservation at the hospital with a deposit of 1 million won, but canceled a few days before due to personal circumstances. I was told that none of the deposit could be refunded, that even postponing the schedule was impossible unless I deposited an additional 1 million won, and rather that I had to pay back 332,000 won for Botox I had received for the purpose of an additional surgery. So even though I did not undergo surgery, I was charged 1,332,000 won. I was flustered because I had not been informed of the Botox price before the procedure, and when I asked about a refund under consumer law, I was told it was impossible because I had already signed a non-refundable contract. When I canceled my reservation, the manager’s attitude was completely different from during the consultation, sighing and asking if I was trying to make things difficult for them. I paid the full 1.33 million won, so what exactly was there to be difficult about? I wasn’t even arguing and demanding a refund; I carefully asked whether it might be possible, and they snapped at me..^^ Their attitude was so different from during the consultation that I thought they were a different person^^ Thinking that if side effects occurred after surgery at this hospital, they would respond with this kind of attitude gives me chills
