Come to think of it, it has already been 8 years. At the time, I went in for fat grafting but was strongly recommended nose surgery, so I think I ended up doing it. The result was very satisfying. It was a nose I didn’t have any particular complaints about, but once my nose changed, my impression definitely changed too. They shaved down the hump and shaved it overall? so it became smaller, put silicone on top, and put ear cartilage in the nasal tip. It hurt less than I expected.
