Eye Surgery Considerations

Review of H

It’s been 2 years since I got the Nobel Cat + front cheek bone Bonsement implant. I spent those 2 years worrying about removal, and I’m planning to remove it soon. My nose started to spread, and I kept thinking it was just swelling and that it would go away soon, but after 2 years I could tell it was real. The spreading of the nose is permanent. My nostrils, which used to be bean-shaped, have spread out into a round pea shape, and now I have a pig nose and a pig-like face.. It always feels like the nasal sides are swollen and tight~ Even if the amount of change is tiny, when it comes to the nose, that tiny change seems to determine your overall impression very strongly. The foreign-body sensation is also severe, so rather than living with that sensation, it’s much better for me to live with my face before surgery, so I’m removing it.. Bone erosion is also not something to ignore. For people whose nostrils are long vertically and whose noses are high (a Western-style nose) and large, it may be an okay surgery, if the foreign-body sensation and bone erosion don’t matter. In my case, my nasal width and nostrils are both small, but the amount of correction required involved a height that would look unnatural when inserted normally..
