After doing a lot of research in this community, I found that the consultation fee was expensive, but they said the consultation would be honest and professional, so I went there first. The hospital facilities were clean and nice, and since they specialize in implants, the implant displays and 3D printer were impressive. I went at my reserved time, but I had to wait about 20 minutes because the appointment before mine was running late. Before the consultation, I got a CT scan, and the equipment looked very expensive and professional. I met the manager first before seeing the director, and she was very kind and spoke softly, which helped me relax. The manager was there during my consultation with the director too. The director’s consultation was based on the CT results, and because it showed not only the facial bones but also the face shape in detail, it was easy to understand. The director explained things in a calm, matter-of-fact way, and seemed honest, and did not recommend unnecessary things. Overall, the atmosphere was comfortable, and although it was mostly explanations because I was not asking enough questions, I did not feel pressured. It felt a bit like being educated? Like meeting with a professor The director also seemed to notice that I had come more to find out what my condition was than to actually have surgery. If you really want a super kind and gentle feeling, you might be dissatisfied, but in terms of professionalism I was very satisfied. After the consultation, the manager separately told me to ask anything I was curious about. Honestly, any clinic manager would say their own director is the best, but she said she truly trusted the director enough to leave everything to him, which made me trust them. The cost was very expensive, just as I had heard. For the price of three procedures at other hospitals, they do two here. There was no mention of an anesthesiologist, so when I asked directly, they said the director’s senior would participate in every surgery. The most disappointing part was that there was no aftercare service.
Just looking at the consultation, they professionally helped me understand everything I was curious about, and trust in the director’s skill had already built up from his blog posts and videos, so I wanted to choose this hospital, but the price and lack of aftercare make me hesitate
Still, I plan to put it on my shortlist when I choose my final hospital.
