The first consultation was really good. They immediately pointed out the things I thought were problems, and the atmosphere was friendly. But once you make the surgery reservation and go into the actual consultation, they're sharper than you might expect. I guess from the doctor's perspective, there are parts of the patient's needs that can't realistically be satisfied, so that may be why. Still, they cut you off very coldly. If the results come out well, that's a relief, but honestly I'm worried
