There is a separate consultation fee. Among the hospitals I visited for consultations, the facilities were the best and it felt the most private. It was expensive, though hehe. I went during COVID, so I consulted with the manager, filled out a questionnaire, and then at home I watched the video file the doctor sent by email. Just like I had seen on YouTube, they explained it by rotating the CT in 3D, and they didn't recommend things that weren't necessary.
