First of all, I had a non-face-to-face consultation and I was extremely satisfied. With an in-person consultation, I might forget things after I leave, but I could receive it by email, and the quality felt like a much more detailed consultation. They said it would be better not to touch the submental angle, recommended chin advancement, and said it would be good to shave down the cheekbones a little. I was satisfied with the consultation, but the desk staff was so unbelievably rude that no matter how skilled the director may be, because of the desk staff I spoke with, this hospital’s image hit rock bottom for me, and I have no trust in it. I don’t want surgery here.. Anyway, I’m satisfied with the consultation, but because of the desk staff’s impoliteness, I will not get surgery here
