It has been 1 year since surgery. Satisfied. At first, I went because of my cheekbones, but they said my facial length was more of a problem, so I had two procedures: genioplasty and square jaw reduction. Once my facial length was reduced, my cheekbones did not bother me much either, and it looks pretty. The only slightly disappointing thing is that my salivary glands are a bit visible, and my chin has sagged just a very tiny bit, so when my face swells, I look like I gained weight. I had quite a lot of facial bone removed, and rather than the skin sagging, it feels like there is just excess skin left over, making my chin feel thicker? I originally had almost no facial fat at all, my cheeks were hollow, and I just had no fat. Everyone else should take their own facial fat into account when deciding on surgery. If you have a lot of facial fat, do not get the surgery. Honestly, I also do not recommend facial liposuction… For now, even though I had a lot shaved down, it still looks natural, so I consider it the maximum effect with minimal side effects and am satisfied. Even if I went back to the past, I think I would go to the same hospital, ask them to shave just a little less, and have it done again. Of course, I am satisfied now too.
