First of all, the wait is long. I waited about 30 minutes, and I think you should set aside about 2 hours total. The staff were all kind. Also, before going in for the consultation, there were quite a few schedule changes; there were many times that didn't work, and there were days when they only do surgery. I guess most hospitals like this are that way, but still, I was reassured that at least they don't do the ridiculous thing of consulting in the middle of surgery. The hospital facilities seem to be the best among the hospitals I've been to so far.. I had a consultation with the director, and first of all, they were very kind. They explained while looking at my CT images and my actual face, and also explained the surgical method. Since this was my first in-person consultation for facial contouring, I was a bit lacking in background knowledge. I did think they explained in detail, but someone who had researched facial contouring a lot before going might think the explanation was a bit insufficient. Things like whether fixation would be done or not were explained when I asked. I heard they prefer pinless surgery, and they also recommended 2.5 types of pinless contouring for me. Also, I felt that my cheekbones and square jaw were really severe, but they said it wasn't to that extent. And when I said I only wanted to shave off this much, they honestly told me that if I was going to do that, it would be better not to do it at all. So it did become an opportunity for me to rethink facial contouring. Another favorable point is that they seem to place importance on aesthetics. They asked if I had brought any celebrity photos, and said it wasn't to make me look exactly like that, but to see the patient's own preferences. The aftercare also seems decent (until 4 weeks, you go every week for care), and I liked that they have dantrolene and an anesthesiology specialist. Also, full CCTV viewing is possible.
One thing that was disappointing is the line.. In my opinion, it felt a bit glamorous. It seemed like a doll-like line. Honestly, this is the most important part, so I think I'll think about it more before deciding.
