All the consultants are kind, and the director is straightforward and kind too I went at the scheduled waiting time, so it wasn’t long, and I think I did well coming for the consultation! They recommended things naturally to suit my face, and the consultant also spoke honestly, which I liked. Aftercare is well set up too, and overall I’m satisfied satisfied Other places say the reservation deposit is non-refundable, but here, even if you make a reservation and then cancel, you can get a refund, which is also really nice. If I really had to write a downside, it would be having to go back and forth and wait for the elevator..? Other than that, nothing! I’m planning to look up reviews from people who had surgery here a few years later
