I built up trust from YouTube, made up my mind to do it here, and went for a consultation. But it was exactly like the community reviews. The front desk people had no common sense, and I was shocked because I could hear them badmouthing customers. They were chatting, didn't even greet customers when they left, and in the middle of that they were enforcing hierarchy and were busy among themselves. And the director was too stubborn? They didn't try to listen to what kind of nose I wanted and just showed before-and-after photos by themselves. They were nose cases from old people from the Let Me In era (all photos of people with hump noses and Southeast Asian-looking features). It wasn't like, wow this nose is pretty, but more like after is better than before..? Anyway, I almost cried but held it in because I was angry. I just felt bad. The director's reviews were really bad, but.. I thought they had conviction, so I had made up my mind that I would definitely do it at Eight, but it drained me so much, and after the consultation I felt bad all day.
