It's been over 3 months since I had breast surgery at EIGHT Plastic Surgery. I had the surgery after the Allergan implant issue came up. Since it wasn't textured, I just went with Allergan smooth and did a 30-minute quick breast augmentation with 315/345 and the inframammary fold approach.
The conclusion is that I'm extremely satisfied lol There is definitely a live contour to the point that my protruding belly looks like it's being pulled in by an optical illusion, so I'm super happy. I even bought swimsuits like crazy lol I didn't know having or not having breasts could make such a huge difference. The feel has now become really soft. The sensation seems like it's slowly coming back, and the surgical scar at the inframammary fold isn't large or noticeable, which is good. But the problem is that the support bra I wore for two weeks caused rubbing and scratches, and those marks are still there. I guess my skin isn't great. It wasn't the pain from surgery that was hard, but the two weeks of compression garments were really rough. I wore two T-shirts, then the compression garment, and even added a handkerchief in between... At least it was only two weeks; I heard some places make you wear it for three months, so whew. I didn't get massages and I didn't take capsular contracture medicine. When the doctor consulted with me, it felt like a confident attitude of "yes if yes, no if no." I'd watched a lot of YouTube before going, but in person he was even more easygoing. He seemed very confident about the surgery. From my own experience, I don't know about other procedures because I haven't done them, but the breast surgery was really well done lol My friends were surprised by my chest. Now I'm wearing a sports bra, but I was told I could switch to a regular bra after 4 months? I went to Emaphil recently to check my size and got 75E, so I bought one and ordered a few online, but the 75E was a bit small. I've already requested an exchange lol 75/F I haven't tried other bra brands, so I don't really know. Because of the holiday, I went two days after surgery to check progress, then again at one week and two weeks for follow-up visits.
