I have inner double eyelids with sunken eye hollows, and I had a consultation for my first surgery. They said that even with only ptosis correction/eye shape correction, the sunken eye hollows and under-eye hollowness could improve, and since I’m resistant to fat grafting, I like the surgical method. They also told me that with fat repositioning or fat grafting, there could be more to lose than to gain. But the price is too expensive, and I can’t see before-and-after photos, so I’m still thinking about it.
