I had fat grafting to the cheeks because I had too little facial fat. The director emphasized keeping it natural. I wanted to put a little more in.. Still, following the director’s advice, I’m satisfied with the natural result. The manager didn’t try to steer me toward any other surgery or procedure either. Fairly satisfied.
