I visited on a weekend afternoon, but I had to wait a long time because the doctor was in surgery. After that there was a long gap before the consultation appointment, so I waited without pressure, but I was disappointed that I couldn’t have a long consultation with the doctor. Instead of explaining my eye condition first, they asked whether I had any photos I wanted, but I hadn’t prepared any photos, so I was disappointed that things couldn’t move forward smoothly. I talked at length with the consultation manager before going in, so I didn’t ask the doctor any questions, but as I was deciding whether to go ahead with surgery, I felt disappointed about that part If I get another chance, I’d like to have another consultation
