The consultation was doctor first, then consultation director. The director only talked about what was necessary, and when I had questions they took them one by one. The consultation director was listening and taking notes, and then I had a consultation with the director. They were really, really kind. The consultation fee was 5,000 won, but it felt like I got a consultation worth much more than that! Anyway, both the director and the manager were really kind, and I think I was especially drawn in by the manager. This was one of the two hospitals I narrowed it down to after going around for consultations. I eventually had the surgery somewhere else, but it was a consultation I was satisfied with enough to deliberation for a long time!
