I went in for lower eyelid fat repositioning, and hahaha they also said eyelid fat grafting was famous here, so I got a consultation for that too. My double folds were so severe that I was stressed, but they said that if I just add a little fat grafting, it would look natural, so after thinking about it for a while I had the surgery. It looks natural and the double folds are gone too. I like it.
