Director: I felt like he looked at my face very carefully. And when recommending surgery, he explained the reasons why it should be done, which I liked. He answered a lot of questions. However, when I asked questions, he was very firm, so I was a little scared. Coordinator: It felt like talking to an aunt. She answered everything I asked and showed me lots of review photos. She also discussed the double eyelid line with me, which was impressive. There was no push to make a reservation, and she gave me her business card. Overall: I felt comfortable. The director had a firm side, but he still answered questions well, and the coordinator also gave consultation in a relaxed atmosphere, which I liked.
