I had silicone + ear cartilage. I originally had a lot of tissue on my nose and a bulbous nose, so there wasn’t a dramatic change, but it turned out natural enough that people around me couldn’t tell I had surgery, and I still haven’t had any side effects or inflammation. But maybe because I’m getting older, it seems like the ear cartilage has changed shape, so I’m considering revision surgery
