The director was very sharp with the facts and, when I asked questions, firmly said that misinformation was not true. Because of that, I liked how he explained the condition of my eyes and the various surgical methods very well, and kept telling me again and again that if something wouldn’t be effective, there was a reason and he wouldn’t recommend it. The manager also felt like a kind aunt I knew, so I could ask everything I wanted and consult comfortably. Both the director and the manager gave me a very thorough and kind consultation, so I felt good even when leaving the hospital. I also liked that there was no pressure to leave a deposit, so I’m putting it on my final hospital list and thinking about surgery.
