I had full-face fat grafting and medial epicanthoplasty. I did it once in 2018 and was satisfied, but I felt like I was losing facial fat little by little, so I had a second round in the winter of 2019 and also got medial epicanthoplasty. I think the reason the fat went away after the first time was that I used one of those exercise machines you get on and it shakes you around, and I used it hard for several days in a row, and then the fat in my face visibly disappeared....? I was so shocked that I ended up having surgery again.. I'm very satisfied now, but when I gain weight, it really shows everywhere. My mother asked if I had put oil on my forehead.. Right now I have circumstances that make it impossible to lose weight, so I'm maintaining a shiny(?) forehead and plump cheeks, but if I lose weight, they go down to a reasonable level again! I have had no side effects at all and I'm doing well. It's been about 5 years now. I really don't regret it. My face shape was such a peanut shape
