I felt reassured because the consultant manager did not evaluate me first; instead, the director looked at me and discussed what would be good for me to do. Communication with the director was smoother than at other places, and there was also after-surgery care service, so I was satisfied. The price is higher than other places, but because I trust the director, it is on my wish list.
