Unnecessary Ptosis Correction and Failed Medial Canthoplasty Restoration, Failed Secondary Canthoplasty

Even though I had no ptosis at all, I only wanted to raise the line and have medial canthoplasty reconstruction. They said ptosis correction would only very slightly increase the strength of opening my eyes, and I wasn’t even worried about medial canthoplasty restoration. But for the medial canthoplasty restoration, they did an external restoration and forcibly created an epicanthal fold. Because the ptosis correction gave me an intense, wide-eyed look, as soon as the sutures were removed after surgery, I said I wanted to go back to how I was and asked them to release the ptosis correction. They said absolutely not and told me to wait a little longer. Over the next four to five months, I went back several times, shouted, cried, and begged. Eventually, another doctor said that if I had revision surgery with a full-incision method, I could return to my original state, so I had the surgery with a truly happy heart, but I did not return to my original state at all and the situation got worse. So I went back again, and they said they had only cut the thread, and that once ptosis correction had been done, it could not be released. They told me this five months after I had the surgery. Since it was an external restoration, they said if I had secondary canthoplasty, it would return to the original state, so I had secondary canthoplasty, but the banding and scars actually spread wider, so I am now looking into revision restoration. Far from giving a refund, they avoided my calls, and when I went there in person, they said it was not under their jurisdiction. I went all the way from Daegu to Busan, and then they told me to come again next time. I truly cried tears of blood. And because I wanted to release the ptosis correction, I went from hospital to hospital, and eventually had surgery with a director who said that if it was possible to either revise the correction as much as possible or release it, they would make sure I could return to my original state. The thread was still there, and the adhesion was still there too, so the nurse even took photos during the surgery. I plan to go back to get a refund.
