So I decided this definitely had to be done with a specialized laser and looked for a clinic. I only chose clinics whose websites had a clearly separate category called hair removal for a narrow forehead, and among them, I chose a place with decent reviews, not too far away, and not too expensive. That was Oaro Dermatology. Its original name was Oracle Dermatology, but while I was getting the procedure, they expanded and moved, and the name changed too. I went to the Nowon branch, and when I first had the consultation, I liked that the doctor calmly consulted with me. What I hate most is when doctors talk in a tone that looks down on patients, but the director here wasn’t like that. So I paid and got the procedure on the same day as the consultation. Even with numbing cream and anesthesia... I was seriously so shocked because it hurt so much lolololololololololololol When I told the director it felt like being stamped on the forehead with a stapler lolololololol The director was like, oh, is that what it feels like,,,,? and said he clearly understood what kind of feeling it was.. lololol Hair removal is also done with heat, right? Since it goes into each strand of hair one by one, the instant hot feeling felt less like heat and more like something being driven into the skin. I don’t remember well, but I think the interval for hair removal was about one month. But rather than one month for every session, for example the second session might be after a few months. The director checks the condition, records it, and the desk tells you. And after my first session, I got so many bumps and acne along my hairline,. , I squeezed them with my hands ㅠㅠ so I got scars and hyperpigmentation. I mentioned it when I got the procedure, and the clinic gave me some cream, and told me to apply a really tiny amount. I think it was probably a melanin cream? Something like that. Anyway, after finishing all 5 hair removal sessions, what I felt is that there is a stuffed-doll feel lololol It’s not natural.... The line is really rounded, so I’m a bit disappointed, but what can I do,... I can’t plant it back.. I got a little greedy and kept asking to make it wider and wider, but at first the director said to start a little smaller, and if I didn’t like it, we could make it wider as the sessions went on. I think I understand why the director said that. Even now, I kind of want to narrow it just a little lolololololololololololol that’s how I feel.. Anyway, my evaluation is that the clinic service is generally full marks, and satisfaction after the procedure is about 3.5 out of 5. If someone truly has a complex about having a narrow forehead, I think they would be very satisfied.
