I went for a consultation because I’d heard Director Lee Seung-hyun is very meticulous. He really was meticulous, and I was satisfied because the consultation was long. When I made the reservation by phone, I’m not sure if the woman was a front-desk staff member, but she was unbelievably rude. She got angry even though she was the one who had said something wrong. Do you not train your staff?... I was upset. Also, the hospital is in a building that houses an English academy, so there are a lot of people around, and later after surgery it would probably be embarrassing to take the elevator? A lot of people were getting on and off, so even though there were three elevators, waiting for one was annoying. And the hospital is on the 12th floor
