The head director was so kind. They were also very honest, to the point of saying I had good features and didn’t need cosmetic surgery. They didn’t just say overly commercial things like at other places. When I said I wasn’t going to get eye correction surgery, they said that at other places they told me I absolutely had to do it, but here they said then don’t do it. Just the fact that they respected the patient’s wishes and listened well left me with a better impression than other places.
