For revision eye surgery, I was recommended ptosis correction and upper canthoplasty, and I was satisfied with the improvement compared to before, but it was still asymmetrical and a Mongolian-fold-like thing appeared under my eye. It was definitely something that appeared after the upper canthoplasty where the stitches were tied, but there was no clear feedback and it wasn't resolved.
