I haven't actually had surgery... so I don't know up to the expectation level, but I did consult about double eyelid surgery, and they recommended eye correction and non-incisional surgery. I showed them a photo of the line I wanted, but they said my eyes were structurally different from that eye shape, so surgery would be difficult, and they kept adjusting the line to fit my eyes several times.
