Because I made a reservation in advance, I was taken in right away with almost no waiting. I had a consultation with Director Lee Min-cheol, and he kept finding a line that suited me and spent longer than other places explaining what kind of surgery I needed. The manager did pressure me a little about the deposit, which was awkward, but... I didn’t feel bad or anything.
