The staff were kind and the hospital was clean. The consultant was kind and explained things well too. The reason I decided to have surgery here was that the doctor did an excellent job during the consultation and didn't force me to get ptosis correction, so I decided to go ahead. My friend who was consulting with me also felt it seemed okay. And when I said I was thinking about whether to get epicanthoplasty because of my Mongolian fold, they recommended upper canthoplasty, saying my eyes would look too close together, which I liked. But in the end there wasn't a huge improvement, and it just felt like, what actually changed..? The scar isn't very visible now that time has passed. I'm not sure if they actually removed any eye fat either. Still, the line I wanted and the natural look came out well. The aftercare was fine. The director was really decent.. But if I could go back, I think I would have looked into other hospitals more
