Maybe because I had previously gone for a consultation at a place that felt too factory-like,, my first impression of the hospital was good because it seemed clean and quiet. The consultant was generally kind too. None of the places I had consultations at recommended ptosis correction, but the consultant here brought up ptosis correction, so I was a bit flustered.
However, during the director’s consultation, the director did not mention ptosis correction and explained only the necessary parts clearly. I clearly said what kind of eyes I wanted, and the consultation was well matched to that. The director spoke with a lot of confidence, and there were parts I was a bit unsure and conflicted about, but they gave me certainty so I could decide well hehe
