5 years ago, I had my first double eyelid surgery (incisional) with the head director at this hospital, but the line was uneven, and it came undone 4 years later, so I went back for another consultation with a different doctor. They said they would give me a lower price because there had been an issue with the first surgery. Among the places I went around consulting for revision eye surgery, this was the only one that said non-incisional would be possible, and when the doctor was checking my eye line, there was a cigarette smell from their hands ^^... This hospital was also their first place of experience, and I wasn't exactly drawn to it, so I just had the consultation and left.
