The director explained things well in a calm, gentle way and seemed trustworthy. Maybe because it was revision eye surgery, they kept marking the line and listened carefully to what had usually been uncomfortable about my eyes. The consultation manager was also kind, and the hospital was very large, all white, and had many foreign patients.
