My friend’s surgery went well, so I went for a consultation too, and the consultation was pretty concise. Rather than feeling like they were giving me a rough look, it felt like they were just stating the facts clearly? They explained whether it was suitable or not, what kind of surgery would be needed, and the surgical method in sequence. They asked if I had any additional questions, and when I asked about them, they answered smoothly without hesitation. I liked that it felt straightforward. The waiting time was about the level you’d expect at any hospital..? If the consultations before you take longer, the wait would probably get longer too? I intentionally booked a morning consultation, and I finished both the manager and doctor consultations and left within the time I expected
