For cosmetic purposes, I do not recommend removal of the nose or leaving autologous cartilage in place. If you're doing a full removal on a nose that has developed silicone contracture, it might be okay... but aesthetically it is not great. Sigh, I'll have to look elsewhere later if I want a full removal. The shape of the nose is very uneven left to right.
