The removal seems to have gone well~~ I had cartilage repositioning and cartilage binding done. At the first consultation I wasn't sure, but after learning about it for 2 to 3 months, I ended up deciding because I was drawn to the doctor's style. His personality is extremely meticulous. When I had an online consultation, he answered every single thing, and he also personally handled my follow-up treatment the day after surgery when I came in. I just felt his delicate touch. Before the nose surgery, he even put his own hand inside my nostrils and mouth to check directly whether I could feel anything odd or a foreign-body sensation~~ Usually they just check visually with instruments..~but he really touched everything himself It's still swollen now, so I need to watch the shape more, but he removed all the tiny sand-like pieces from the costal cartilage... I asked before surgery to please remove as much scar tissue as possible, but some remains~ I guess the parts that can't be completely removed have to be accepted a little. And he removed the costal-cartilage particles without open surgery. That was a big reason I decided on it, too, the non-open method~~ The paranasal area was done through an intraoral incision, and it's the third day after surgery and it doesn't hurt at all~ I think the doctor is very skilled.
