When I visited last year, the interior facilities were very hygienic and neat.. As other people mentioned, during the consultation they explained things carefully for 30 minutes, and they also took thorough notes about what I said. I visited once for a consultation, and even after going back twice to ask the same questions, the director answered kindly.
