I’m undergoing orthodontic treatment in Nowon, and because of my own fault for not wearing my elastics properly (ㅠㅠ), I’ve been in treatment for over 2 years! I started orthodontic treatment because of a protruding mouth, and my mouth definitely went in. I had 4 teeth extracted in total, 2 upper teeth and 2 lower teeth. In the early to middle stages, I lost a lot of cheek fat, and I was so stressed because of the unnatural-looking mouth shape that is characteristic after getting braces. I looked like a grandmotherㅜㅜ It’s a bit less noticeable now because I gained weight, but after orthodontic treatment, there is this kind of haggard look ㅋㅋ Still, my protruding mouth was such a big complex for me, so I think it’s better than not having done it!
