I had surgery because they said they would safely remove my nose well. They removed the silicone, and only slightly trimmed the shape of the autologous cartilage at the nasal tip, leaving it in place. I think they did handle it safely. But it seems like they lack aesthetic sense, and looking at how much scar tissue filled in, I judge that they were technically lacking too. It was originally the ideal nasolabial angle, but after surgery here the columella dropped straight down + scar tissue at the nasal tip made it look like a drooping nose haha. From the side, the angle between the columella and the philtrum is less than 90 degrees~ Aesthetically, it became a really unattractive nose.
