I went for a consultation.. most places had me fill out a medical questionnaire, then I would consult with the manager and then meet the director, but here I was connected straight to the director, so I was startled After the consultation, when I got home, I had some questions, and when I asked by email, they answered everything appropriately to my case. Most places connect you with the manager and do the consultation, but the fact that the director answers questions directly by email made me think my pre-surgery anxiety would be reduced.
