I went for a consultation because of my nose, and the director seemed to speak honestly. It didn’t feel like they were trying to push me into surgery no matter what; instead, they seemed to be taking into account the possibility that I might be dissatisfied after surgery. What I found disappointing was that they were overly cautious, so I got the impression they lacked a bit of confidence. The consultation lasted about 20 minutes.
