I felt like he was being completely honest with every question. Even when I asked the same thing over and over, he answered sincerely. The consultation manager also just told me the price and didn't push me to pay a deposit. It seems like they do the shape in a natural way. He said that even if silicone is used, it can be made so it doesn't look obvious!
